| F&M Electric Incorporated, occasionally
has openings in the following areas: Hiring Process: When an available position opens, the current file of applications and resumes on file are searched for likely candidates. If there are not enough applications or resumes on file, the position is advertised via expedient media(s). From the likely candidates on file or from advertisements, the hiring committee convenes and determines a minimum of three candidates for interviews. The hiring committee or the Human Resource Officer will then contact the chosen candidates for an interview. The hiring committee and/or the Human Resource Officer will then interview and determine based on the criteria established by the requesting department whom is the successful candidate for the position. The successful candidate is then required to pass a Drug Screening Test.
